15meh! (aiyah ... Chap Gor Meh lah!)

We didn’t take any photos last night…so here’s a picture of the sweet young thang that served as fodder to the pack of hungry wolves men at last night’s dinner…still cute hor?

It was all very spur of the moment…a dinner affair that was hastily put together while Jack and I chatted about our love sex lives … yes, our Jackman has a new side piece, and it ain’t me … :-(

I was looking like an Ang Pow a Stepford Wife in a RED dress … (Excuse me, it’s CNY and OK to wear Red) when Jack escorted me into RED STAR! Billy was already there. Alan aka Chatboy (really?) and Simon sauntered in gay-ly a moment later. Mr White (aka Jeff Lim Chong Kee) was there with his family and joined us briefly…Guys, if you remember, he was also there when we gathered at Kent Ridge last year…too much of a coincidence, duncha think?…could it be he’s stalking one of us? Come to think of it, he was kinda giving me the eye…(I wish…hehe)

Vin Sen couldn’t make it cause he has to conduct a sex-ed class. Fabian, David & Edward had to cancel when they suddenly remembered they had to spend Chap Gor Meh with their families … so that left the “homeless” 5 to partake in the CNY Lo Hei experience … actually, there was more Lo then Hei as we decided not to order the yusheng since some of us had it for lunch earlier. The small number lent a cosy and intimate feel to the evening, and I’m liking it cause I got to spend quality time with a bunch of my favorite guys…☺

While Chatboy prodded my piece (commented that it was very unresponsive) and exhorted me to touch his thingy … Simon dreamed about freshly caught fish steamed to perfection. The love-sick Jack played AC/DC sappy love songs in his head and longed for Xanadu (so gay!)…and Billy lamented the demise of our buffet days. True, true… these days, we are more a la carte than all-you-can-eat! Gone are the days that I can actually eat 5 Big Macs or an entire large pizza is a single sitting … (although I wonder why I’ve been looking kinda tubby lately…)

Dun ask me how, but the topic suddenly changed to FUTSAL (WTF?)…I wiki’ed it at home and found out (to my dismay) that I have apparently agreed to play some kind of “small-scale football”. (I was in Primary 3 the last time I played…but was kicked off the team for throwing the ball “like a girl”…so my football career ended before it even started … luckily …)

I am the designated Watergirl, or as Jack so subtly put it, “The Water Bitch!” … yes, I’m hopeful that I’ll get to play, and kick some balls … preferably his. So if you guys reading this are itching (to put on your very short shorts) to join our new Futsal team, please contact any of us for more details. We hope to get the balls rolling very soon … (insert eye-roll if you think this is too corny)

So please take a look at his appeal & if you are in NY .... watch the concert! George will be conducting "Beethoven Symphony No 9 in D minor"

Class of 81 being Hosted on the Patio!

All the boys

It's been months leading up to this event. The excitement & expectations culminating to this event. The turnout was not what we would have liked it to be, but the atmosphere and the camaraderie was excellent. as such, the committee would like to thank all who turned up.

The ambiance was excellent, the food to die for and the desert - simply divine! With tender ribs, lamb shank, pasta for dinner, a smooth Hoegaarden beer to help with the mood, we topped that off with desert. Namely the Cheese cake & Bernard's recommendation the molten choc fondants.
Serious planning

As you would expected it, Jack commented about the molten chocolate fondants "Now I know how a woman feels like the first time a man c@mms in her mouth!" ;-) For that, thanks Bernard, our "Host" for that evening covering the deserts.

The talk that night centered around the preservation of youth. The likes of Kay Heem and Lip Wei were at the top of the list! Still looking great, like time stood still for them in their 30s!

Towards the end of the night, the comm ended with a plea to the guys to keep their circle of friends in the loop, reach out and tell them about the 30th Anniversary in Jul/Aug 2011.

With that, we wish you all a Blessed Christmas and a Wonderful New Year in 2011!

It took us, the committee, some time to find the perfect place. The consideration of the menu, the accessibility, the price. After countless food tasting & visits .... we decided to hold it at V-Golf! You can look forward to some nice Christmas dishes, drinks & old friends.

Who? What? Where? When? How much? .... I know ....

This event is for you - the Class of ACSS 81

Yes we had a small gathering here earlier this year & thought that you could do with a chance to take a few drives, puts & shout "Fore!" till your lungs burst! ;-) But of course you will also be graced with the presence of our lovely lady Neja for a rare photo opp heh heh.

This time we need your help. Please register by clicking on the "Buy now" button & get your credit cards ready! As we are trying desperately to cover the cost, we'll need the payment made upfront. We also need your help to spread the word around and get more of the guys in our cohort to join us for this event.

As the committee - Fabian, Jack San, David Chan, Simon Wong, Vin Sen, Neja & I, have mentioned in our posts, this event is the pre-cursor to the biggie next year! Yes .... believe it or not, 2011 marks the 30th Anniversary of our graduation from ACS Sec. We would like to share a little of what to expect BUT you are the key to it's success.

21 May 2010 at V-Golf - Where the (ACSS81) boys are

Boys will be Boys…no matter what age they arrive at. Last night, a bunch of them descended on V-Golf for a night of debauchery…

Neja, in a subdued mood, appeared in a black ensemble, understated and elegant…at least on the surface…Her escorts for the night was Simon, her long-time consort, and Dave, international playboy aka Faye’s Ex…

Andrew, as usual, was the gracious host. Charming with an engaging smile that left quite an impression…

Gordan was the first to arrive…Billy came, golfed a little…and left…(Baby, you never kissed me goodbye!) First-timers (to me at least), Lip Wei (I think there’s a shot somewhere), Nagesh, Robin (I almost mistook him for Woffles), Wai Kin (walau, so handsome leh!) paid lip service to this old girl…

Bernard (yes, buy Natuzzi!) was there. There was talk about joining him in Bintan for an excursion of sorts. Just Neja and an entire orgy of guys…and the flying fox…and the trampoline…wouldn’t that be SOOOO fun?

Then there was legal eagle, Winston, who charged her with assault and battery on his child-self a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away… Strangely, Neja has no recollection of this offence…although she remembered smacking a certain James for obstruction.

Alan was really, really late…but the important thing is he came…all over me. Was there a shot of our embrace?…we can totally blackmail him!

Fabian…you really can’t go wrong with a name like that…it’s almost like Fabio (you remember him on the covers of those trashy romance novels from a long time ago?)…yes, I was in heaven there in his arms…or was he in mine?...oh dear, I’m getting a bit muddled…the night was a blur…David, stop prying me with alcohol…I’m not Faye, you know…I’m a good girl…at least I think I still am…

Jack arrived…and brought it…vintage Jack'isms…like an old wine, intoxicating, with warm undertones…so the heavy drinking commenced….and the salacious talk…about girls in shorts the size of PSP…hmm…must go back and look in my "drawers"…I think I have some of those…smaller even...like postage stamps!

It was kinda fun, and strangely endearing watching those Boyz to Men…reverting from Men to Boyz again after imbibing…I guess not much has changed after all.

And for the first time in her life, she stayed up past her bedtime, her curfew and what-not, and did not reach home until about 2 am in the morning…hungover and in a whole lot of trouble…but she can’t wait to do it all over again…when they gather to watch the World Cup next month…football anyone?

Thks Neja for that wonderful write-up :)

PS: Looks like the world cup is upon us ... when should we gather again?

Guess who’s up for the title of sexiest and most s(ti)imulating golfer?

pls note the following post was written by Neja, I'm just the lazy vessel to cut & paste from her facebook album. ;-)
- Alan Fu (11 Mar 2010):

The PSI must be reaching critical levels, coz Neja showed up at the gathering looking rather…cough-cough…chesty (see group pix). Word have gotten around that she was monopolizing the guys at these events, so she found herself having to face off fierce competition from 3 ladies-of-the-night (not that they were any match for her) as they were encrouching on her territory.

First off, she would like to thank the ever-debonair Chet and the Simon Cowell-ish Mr Benson Puah for hosting the evening… kudos also to Vin Sen for stepping in and performing the escort duties most gallantly, to Simon for always being there, to Alan for making it comfortable, to Andrew for the night tour of his facilities...and of course, to Jack San for "stooding" me up!!!

There was talk about making V-Golf the venue for our next outing. We were initially a little apprehensive since not many of us play golf. But before the night was over, the guys have each played a set (I posed only) and it was clearly so much fun!!! Not to mention, the ambience was conducive for a little flirtation with Neja (if you are so inclined) when you are tired of all that golf action!

So I’m going to jump the gun and ask you guys to clear your calendars for our next date on 21 May 2010 (Friday). Please confirm your attendance with Alan. Just so you attend, I will even let you dictate the length of skirt you would like to see me in… hehe…I’ll happily oblige in the name of good sportsmanship…

See ya…

The Big O with Miss Clarity!

One might think that a rainy afternoon might put a dampener on our boys night
out. Slowly but surely the old boys began to trickle in. Some as early as 6pm, while the majority was in by 7pm. It goes to show the eagerness of our long lost brothers to meet ... Once again as the snake gang of ACSS 81! ;-)

We are pleased to see an average of 30 pax turning out at our "annual" gathering ...
Although this year, this is our 2nd "annual" gathering. If u missed the first, it was on 30 Jan 09. We welcome many new faces - Shentley, Muthiah, Sinthu, Meng, Eric Tang (my classmate whom I can't recognise! - sorry bro!), and others ... sorry if I missed you out cos my brains are not what it was 28yrs ago ... that's if I had a brain at all.

I know that at least Sinthu and Meng both came back to Singapore to visit just for this
event! How honoured are we?!!

Have a look at how much fun we had :D

More photos are found here:
ACS-Class-81-Nov-20th-2009 with some head shots too! eh ... not what u are thinking ok!!! But these head-shots are the collection taken from the gathering on 30 Jan and this gathering on 20 Nov. Take a peek and see how many of the faces do u recognise? Yes .. pls add your names to the photo so that you may be identified.

In my email list, I have about 70 of us contactable. However, at the http://ACSoba.net, I see the stats as:

ACSS1981
# all alumni 586
# connected 102
% connected 17.41

So guys ... looks like we still have a long way to go. So, please let your friends know about our blog at http://acss81.blogspot.com! Encourage them too to join the Google group - acss81. Through this group, we will send notice of gatherings and other interesting tit-bits of our cohort.

How do you get connected? Easy ... just enter yr email at the top-right column @ http://acss81.blogspot.com and click on "Subscribe" :D

Before I sign-off, I'd really really like to thank every one of you for being there with us last Friday. Watch this space for more photos and other upcoming events. We have said it many times before ... how about doing it at Bintan? Bernard! Dude! Can u give us a quote? Maybe even include the family during the School Hols in Mar/Jun 2010? I hear the resort is really family friendly! :D

Till then this is Alan & Fabian signing off.

The Best is YET to be!

PS:
In case u were wondering about the "O" in the title ... it's "The Big One at Miss Clarity"

happenings at colemanst
